We are hiring Admin Assistant for a transport company.
Duties:
- Maintain files
- Prepare quotation
- Send/receive emails
- Arrange meetings
- Help Account Department in making invoice etc.
Skills:
- Must be expert into MS Word/ Excel
- Emailing and internet use
- Good Typing speed
- Must speak Arabic and English
Qualification:
- Commerce Graduate
- Min 2 years as an Admin Assistant
Salary: Negotiable as per experience
Visa Status: Should have QID and NOC
