We are looking for a Team Leader who can efficiently manage and guide a team to achieve operational goals within the given time frame. The ideal candidate should be a strong decision-maker, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively, maintaining discipline, and ensuring smooth coordination within the team. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the team to ensure daily operations run efficiently • Prioritize tasks and assign duties based on job urgency and importance • Monitor team performance and ensure work completion within deadlines • Check and respond to emails promptly and communicate effectively with management and clients • Maintain a positive work environment and encourage teamwork and collaboration • Implement management instructions accurately and ensure the team follows them • Act as a bridge between management and the team, ensuring smooth communication and execution • Demonstrate strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities in daily operations • Handle the team with confidence, fairness, and professionalism • Maintain proper records and documentation using Microsoft Office tools

Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) • Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role, preferably in the facility management or maintenance field • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi • Excellent leadership, coordination, and interpersonal skills • Good personality, positive attitude, and professional behaviour • Ability to follow management instructions and deliver results on time
