Responsibilities:
Receive and secure all incoming shipments.
Address all related on-time claims with suppliers for defective materials or incorrect item codes.
Follow up on and secure the clearance of all shipments.
Ensure quality control for all delivered materials.
Secure signed Delivery Orders and Project Completion documents for every project, including scanning and maintaining both digital and physical copies.
Log all shipments accurately.
Ensure correct labeling of materials for delivery.
Assist with payment follow-ups, ensuring final payments are settled before delivery and execution (case-to-case basis with management).
Support quarterly and year-end inventory activities.
Arrange deliveries to clients.
Assist in organizing and maintaining storage areas.
Qualifications
Must have a driver s license
With understanding of logistics procedures, shipment handling, and delivery coordination.
Must have a good communication and coordination skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record keeping.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Customer-service oriented, with a professional attitude.
Physical ability to assist with light handling of materials when needed.
