Job Title: Customer Service Call Center Agent

About the Role:We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Call Center Agent to join the Simex Group. The ideal candidate will handle incoming calls, address customer inquiries and concerns, and direct them to the appropriate departments or companies within the group. Prior experience in a call center, BPO, or related environment is required. Strong communication skills in English are essential; proficiency in Arabic is a plus. Having your own vehicle is preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle and respond to incoming calls professionally and courteously.
Actively listen to customer inquiries, concerns, or feedback, and accurately record details.
Forward concerns or questions to the relevant departments or companies within the Simex Group.
Ensure timely escalation and follow-up on unresolved issues.
Maintain detailed and accurate call logs and interaction records.
Communicate clearly and effectively in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
Assist in resolving basic customer concerns within the scope of your role.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets.
Stay updated on company services, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Previous experience in a call center, BPO, or related customer service role.
Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Customer-focused attitude with a professional demeanor.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple calls efficiently.
Flexibility to work in shifts
Own vehicle preferred
