Position Overview

We are looking for a talented Guest Relations Executive to join our front-of-house team. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring every interaction reflects our high standards of hospitality and leaves a lasting impression. Your role will be key in delivering personalized service, handling inquiries, and maintaining guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional reception.

* Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries both in person and over the phone.

* Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests with discretion and professionalism.

* Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.

* Maintain detailed records of guest preferences and special occasions to enhance personalized service.

* Assist in planning and executing VIP experiences, events, and promotions.

* Monitor guest satisfaction and provide reports or suggestions to management for service improvement.

* Promote the restaurant’s brand values through exceptional hospitality and engagement.

Qualifications & Skills

* Proven experience in guest relations, front office, or hospitality service roles.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.

* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully.

* Attention to detail and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.

* Familiarity with reservation and CRM systems is a plus.

* Multilingual skills are advantageous.

* Experience in luxury hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred.
