About the Role :-
Leaders Training Centre is seeking a proactive, well-organised, and customer-focused Admin / Front Desk Officer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys interacting with people, managing administrative tasks, and contributing to smooth daily operations within a professional training environment.
Key Responsibilities :-
* Welcome, guide, and assist visitors and learners in a courteous and professional manner.
* Provide accurate information about training programmes, schedules, and services.
* Handle administrative duties including record management, documentation, and correspondence.
* Coordinate and schedule meetings, classes, and training sessions using calendar tools.
* Ensure the front desk area remains professional, organised, and welcoming at all times.
* Support internal teams with event coordination and day-to-day operational activities.
* Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery.
* Identify opportunities to improve administrative and operational processes.
Requirements :-
* Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory).
* Young, energetic, and professional personality.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong multitasking and organisational abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling/administrative tools.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar administrative or front desk role.
