Facility Coordinator With Admin Job In Qatar


Job Description

Key Responsibilities :- 

Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and facility operations for residential/commercial properties.

Conduct property inspections and prepare reports.

Manage vendors, schedule services, and ensure quality work.

Handle tenant requests, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.

Maintain contracts, work orders, facility records, and documentation.

Support leasing teams with move-in/move-out procedures.

Assist admin tasks including filing, correspondence, and scheduling.

Ensure preventive maintenance and compliance with safety standards.

Maintain service agreements, maintenance logs, and asset records.

Prepare quotations, cost comparisons, and facility reports.

Collaborate with maintenance, leasing, accounts, and management teams.

Requirements :- 

3–5 years’ experience in facility coordination, property management, or admin (Qatar preferred).

Knowledge of Qatar real estate, leasing procedures, and property categories.

Strong vendor management and maintenance coordination experience.

Proficient in MS Office; CRM knowledge; basic AutoCAD advantage.

Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.

Strong organization, multitasking, and customer service skills.

Ability to handle site visits and inspections independently.

Valid QID & Immediate Joining required.
