Job Description

Al Faisal International Business and Security Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Arabic Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support to management and office operations. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, and handle confidential matters with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, translate, and proofread correspondence.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and official communications.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain managers’ calendars.
  • Arrange managers’ travel requirements, including flight ticket bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation as required.
  • Coordinate travel itineraries and ensure timely confirmations.
  • Prepare minutes of meetings and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and hard copy).
  • Prepare official letters, memos, and reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external parties.
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Arabic Secretary or similar administrative role
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • Professional attitude with high attention to detail
  • with NOC.
