Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will handle sales enquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate with the sales team, and manage professional communication with clients to ensure smooth sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Check and respond to sales enquiries received through online portals and other channels.
• Coordinate effectively with the sales team to support daily sales activities.
• Prepare accurate quotations based on customer requirements and internal guidelines.
• Handle professional email communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Maintain and update sales records, reports, and databases.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with customers and sales representatives.
• Assist in order processing and documentation as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the same field.
• Locally available candidates required.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational and coordination abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
