About the Role
Leaders Training Centre is seeking a proactive, organised, and customer-focused Assistant Admin / Receptionist to join our professional team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys interacting with visitors, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a dynamic training environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors and learners in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Provide information on training programmes, schedules, and services.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including record keeping, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings, classes, and training sessions using scheduling tools.
  • Maintain a professional, clean, and organised reception area.
  • Support internal teams with operational and event coordination activities.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative and operational processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory).
  • Energetic, professional, and customer-oriented personality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong multitasking, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and administrative/scheduling tools.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar administrative or front desk role.
