Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Architecture or related field. 5–6 years of relevant experience as an Architectural BIM Modeler . Experience working on commercial, residential, or large-scale projects preferred. Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong hands-on experience in:
Architectural BIM Modeling Clash Coordination Shop Drawing Preparation Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (mandatory). Good understanding of architectural construction detailing and materials. Knowledge of BIM workflows, LOD standards, and coordination processes. Ability to interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and design intent. Strong attention to detail and coordination skills. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Architectural BIM models at required LOD using Revit or similar BIM software. Perform clash detection and coordination with structural and MEP disciplines. Prepare and review architectural shop drawings , construction drawings, and as-built drawings. Ensure BIM models comply with project standards, BIM execution plans (BEP), and client requirements . Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams to resolve design and constructability issues. Update models and drawings based on design changes, RFIs, and site feedback. Support BIM coordination meetings and assist in resolving clashes. Maintain model accuracy, data integrity, and version control.
