Job Description
We are looking for a professional and well-organized Admin Cum Receptionist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing front-desk operations and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors and clients professionally.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and handle inquiries efficiently.
- Manage daily administrative tasks and office documentation.
- Maintain records, filing systems, and important company documents.
- Arrange meetings, appointments, and schedule coordination.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the reception area is neat.
- Prepare basic reports, letters, and support management when required.
- Use MS Word and MS Excel for documentation and reporting.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and customer-service attitude.
- Fluent in English; Arabic speakers preferred.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications preferred.
