Job Description
Leaders Training Centre – Qatar is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Admin, Accounts & Operations Officer to manage administrative operations, basic accounting functions, compliance records, and reporting activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to meet strict deadlines in a professional training environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting office operations, financial documentation, student and staff records, compliance tracking, and internal reporting, while ensuring confidentiality and adherence to company policies and SOPs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and receivable, expense tracking, and financial documentation
Assist with payroll preparation, attendance reconciliation, and salary-related records
Prepare basic financial summaries, reports, and documentation for management review
Handle student registration, enrollment, and record management
Maintain accurate digital and physical files for students, staff, and training programs
Track attendance, assessments, certifications, and course progress
Support audits, quality control, compliance requirements, and accreditation documentation
Ensure timely submission of reports, forms, and operational records
Oversee daily office administration and front-desk operations
Coordinate with trainers, operations team, vendors, and service providers
Respond to student and client inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Monitor deadlines, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure SOP compliance
Maintain confidentiality, data accuracy, and document security at all times
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (mandatory)
Minimum 3 years of experience in admin, accounts, or operations roles
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar)
Strong organizational, multitasking, and reporting skills
Ability to work under deadlines and compliance-driven environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional, disciplined, and detail-oriented
Male candidates preferred (onsite operational requirement)
