Job Summary

Al Fares International Tents is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with mandatory experience in the tents and event industry.

Only candidates with proven background in tents, temporary structures, and event-related projects should apply.

The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, an established client network in Qatar and the GCC, and extensive experience managing large-scale, project-based sales within the events and temporary structures sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
• Manage and expand key accounts specifically within the events, exhibitions, and temporary structure projects
• Identify new business opportunities related to event tents, temporary structures, and modular solutions
• Lead commercial negotiations, prepare proposals, and close high-value event and tent-related contracts
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and operations teams to deliver customized tent and event solutions
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with event organizers, consultants, contractors, and end clients
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing within the tent and event industry
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management
• Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events

Mandatory Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 10+ years of sales experience strictly in tents, temporary structures, and event-related solutions
• Strong experience in event-based and project-based sales
• Proven track record of handling large-scale event and temporary structure projects
• Existing client network in Qatar & GCC within the tent and event industry is highly preferred
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
• Valid driving license
