NAFFCO is a leading manufacturer and supplier of fire protection systems, safety solutions, and security equipment worldwide. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in daily operations and client communications.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
- Assist in organizing sales meetings, presentations, and events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales coordination or administrative support.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
