Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Lead HR to manage all human resources functions for our company. The role involves workforce planning, recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee relations, ensuring a smooth and legally compliant operation of our manpower supply business.
Responsibilities:
Oversee recruitment, onboarding and deployment of workers
Ensure strict compliance with Qatar Labor Law, as well as visa, sponsorship and PRO-related regulations
Firm Understanding of payroll, benefits, end-of-service gratuities and detailed HR reporting.
Address employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
Prepare and present HR data, analytics, and performance reports for senior management.
Requirements:
Any Bachelor’s Degree is accepted.
3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in construction or oil & gas sectors.
Strong knowledge of Qatar labor law and visa/sponsorship processes.
Experience managing a large, diverse workforce.
Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
