smail Utni Consulting is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to employees via email, phone, or in person
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, hardware, and software
Troubleshoot system, network, and application issues in a timely manner
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers and networks
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks
Document technical issues and solutions for future reference
Assist in IT projects, upgrades, and system implementations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
Strong knowledge of Windows, networking, and basic cybersecurity practices
Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and system diagnostics
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft certifications)
Experience with enterprise systems and cloud services
Knowledge of help desk ticketing systems
