Job Title: Supervisor (Night Shift)

Al Nasr Star Group is hiring a Supervisor for our Sanaya Site. We are looking for a responsible and experienced candidate with strong leadership and team management skills.

Job Details:

• Position: Supervisor
• Site: Sanaya
• Shift: Night Shift
• Duty Hours: 12 Hours
• 8 Hours Basic
• 4 Hours Overtime
• Working Time: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• Language: English & Hindi (Required)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Supervisor or in a similar role.
• NOC Requirements: Required

Requirements:

• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work night shifts.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to manage a team effectively.
• Must be capable of leading the team to achieve daily packing targets within the required timeline.
• Ability to monitor productivity and ensure packing operations are completed accurately and on schedule.
