Promed Trading is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and organized Accountant to join our team in Doha, Qatar.

Position: Accountant
Location: Doha, Qatar
Employment: Full-time
Preferred: Asian Nationality Candidates with experience working in Qatar or the GCC

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial and accounting records
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payments, and financial reports
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare and follow up on customer quotations and commercial offers
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations and pricing
• Follow up on customer payments and collections
• Monitor outstanding receivables and conduct collection follow-ups
• Reconcile bank, supplier, and customer accounts
• Prepare purchase orders and related documentation
• Assist with monthly and annual financial closing
• Maintain proper filing of financial and commercial documents

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Relevant accounting experience
• Experience in quotations, invoicing, collections, and supplier coordination
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Qatar/GCC experience is an advantage
