LinkCo is looking for an experienced HR Officer – Training & Development to join our HR team, with strong expertise in employee training, assessment, and performance management.
???? Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement employee training & development programs
• Coordinate internal and external training initiatives
• Manage performance appraisal and employee assessment processes
• Identify competency gaps and recommend development plans
• Support employee engagement and talent development initiatives
• Maintain training records and HR reports
• Assist with HR policies and organizational development initiatives
???? Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 5–7 years of HR experience with strong exposure to Training & Development & Performance Management
• Knowledge of competency frameworks and appraisal systems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with HRIS/ERP systems
• Odoo experience preferred
• Must be locally available in Qatar
