WE ARE HIRING — Warehouse Store In-Charge (Male candidates only)

???? Location: Qatar

???? Experience: Min. 15 years in Gulf, specifically as Warehouse/Store In-Charge

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse and store operations

• Manage receiving, proper storage and timely dispatch of goods

• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory control system

• Conduct regular stock counts; reconcile any discrepancies

• Ensure proper warehouse layout and efficient space utilization

• Maintain cleanliness, safety and security standards

• Supervise warehouse staff and helpers; assign daily tasks

• Ensure timely documentation – GRNs, delivery notes, stock transfers

• Coordinate with purchase, sales and logistics departments

• Report on stock levels and warehouse performance to management

REQUIREMENTS

• Male candidates only

• Strong leadership and team supervision skills

• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills

• Good knowledge of inventory and warehouse management systems

• Ability to handle pressure and meet operational deadlines

• Valid Qatar ID / transferable visa (if applicable)
