URGENT VACANCY – FACILITY CIVIL ENGINEER

Applications are invited from experienced Facility Civil Engineers with a solid background in Facility Management and Civil Maintenance.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day civil maintenance, carrying out building inspections, identifying defects, and planning both preventive and corrective maintenance. The role also involves handling service requests and work orders through CAFM, supervising technicians and maintenance teams, and ensuring jobs are completed and closed on time.

Key duties include preparing BOQs, quotations, cost estimates, and condition assessment reports, as well as coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and clients. The engineer will oversee structural repairs, waterproofing, fit-out activities, plumbing, drainage, and other general civil maintenance works.

The position requires strong awareness of QCD, QA/QC, HSE, PTW, PPE, and site-safety requirements. The candidate should also be capable of carrying out Root Cause Analysis (RCA), implementing corrective measures, and preparing maintenance and work-completion reports.

Mandatory / Preferred Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 8 years of relevant Facility Management / Civil Maintenance experience – Mandatory
• Qatar/GCC experience preferred
• Good knowledge of CAFM and Work Order Management
• Experience in BOQ preparation, estimation, and contractor coordination
• Knowledge of QA/QC, HSE, QCD, and PTW requirements
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
• Valid Qatar Driving Licence – Mandatory
• NOC – Mandatory
