Location: Qatar

Position: HR Officer

Main Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations, including attendance, leave, employee records, and documentation.
• Handle employee relations and HR-related concerns.
• Assist with recruitment, interviews, and onboarding.
• Prepare HR letters, reports, contracts, and personnel documents.
• Coordinate with management and government authorities when required.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

Requirements

• Male – Arabic Speaker
• Good command of English
• Previous experience in HR, preferably in F&B or hospitality.
• Knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and HR procedures.
• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
