Manage BMS supply chain, procurement, repair, and logistics activities.
Process purchase and repair orders according to company and client requirements.
Coordinate parts and tools supply to meet maintenance requirements.
Process and follow up invoices and payments for purchases and repairs.
Ensure all operations comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
Maintain accurate inventory, ERP records, and material documentation.
Ensure timely availability of aircraft parts, tools, and materials for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
Process material requisitions, purchase orders, repair orders, and spare parts requirements.
Source parts and tooling and evaluate supplier quotations, prices, specifications, and delivery times.
Coordinate with OEMs, MRO suppliers, vendors, and freight forwarders for timely delivery and customs clearance.
Monitor open orders, deliveries, invoices, discrepancies, and payments for timely closure.
Control shelf-life items, unserviceable parts, repairs, scrap, rotables, and warranties.
Plan and monitor tool calibration and load-proof testing requirements.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, aviation standards, and SLA requirements.
Support Procurement and Supply Chain teams and perform other duties assigned by the Line Manager.
Aviation Management Experience: 2–3 years
