Requirements:

Arabic speaker
Minimum 5 years of HR management experience
Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and HR practices
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration
Strong leadership and communication skills
Good English communication skills
Qatar experience is preferred
