Position: Operations Manager
World of Hospitality is looking for an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, lead teams, and ensure operational excellence across our hospitality outlets.
Requirements:
? Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality or restaurant operations management
? Proven experience in managing multiple outlets and operational teams
? Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
? Excellent knowledge of operational standards, service quality, and food safety
? Experience in cost control, budgeting, and performance management
? Ability to improve operational efficiency and drive business results
? Strong staff management and team development skills
? Excellent organizational and decision-making abilities
? Qatar/GCC hospitality experience preferred
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
