The Role

As a Real Estate Consultant, you will represent Doha’s finest luxury properties. You will act as a trusted advisor, connecting buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in prime locations across Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Advisory: Understand client requirements to deliver tailored real estate solutions.
• Property Showings: Present luxury properties through engaging, professional viewings.
• Negotiation & Deal Closing: Secure favorable terms for clients in lease and sales transactions.
• Documentation & Compliance: Oversee transaction paperwork in compliance with legal and company standards.
• Relationship Management: Build long-term, trust-based relationships with landlords, investors, and clients.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Proven track record in Real Estate or High-End Sales within Qatar.
• Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Language: Fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages are a plus).
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with real estate CRM tools and major portals.
• Requirement: Currently based in Qatar (Local Hiring Only with valid QID).
