About the Role

Limitless Gym is looking for a professional, motivated, and client-focused Personal Trainer / Fitness Coach to join our team in Doha, Qatar.

The ideal candidate should have strong personal training skills, experience in conducting group fitness classes, good knowledge of nutrition principles, and confidence in participating in fitness-related social media content.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions based on clients’ individual goals, fitness levels, and needs.
• Assess clients’ fitness levels and develop safe, effective, and personalized training programs.
• Guide clients on proper exercise techniques, form, and safe training practices.
• Monitor clients’ progress and adjust training programs as required.
• Motivate and support clients in achieving their fitness and body transformation goals.
• Conduct and lead group fitness classes as a mandatory part of the position.
• Deliver group classes in an energetic, professional, safe, and engaging manner.
• Provide general nutrition guidance appropriate to clients’ fitness goals, including weight loss, muscle gain, body toning, and overall fitness, within the scope of the trainer’s qualifications.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
• Participate in the creation of professional fitness photos and videos for the gym’s social media platforms, including exercise demonstrations, workout tips, educational content, and promotional material.
• Represent the gym professionally during photo/video shoots and promotional activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, professional, and welcoming training environment.
• Follow the gym’s policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Trainer or Fitness Coach.
• Valid and recognized Personal Training / Fitness certification.
• Strong knowledge of strength training, weight management, fitness programming, and body transformation.
• Good knowledge of basic nutrition principles and the ability to provide general nutrition guidance according to different fitness goals.
• Proven experience in conducting group fitness classes is required.
• Good command of English, both verbal and written.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate clients and build strong, long-term client relationships.
• Comfortable and confident appearing in fitness-related photo and video content.
• First Aid / CPR certification is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a commercial gym is preferred.
• Candidates currently outside Qatar are welcome to apply and must be willing to relocate to Doha.

Working Hours

• Full-time position with shift-based working hours according to the gym’s operational schedule.
• The position may include morning and evening shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Detailed working schedules and shift arrangements will be discussed during the interview.
