As a Care Coordinator, you will:
Assess clients' needs and develop personalized care plans.
Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Build strong relationships with clients and promptly address their concerns.
Educate clients on resources for their well-being and independence.
Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain accurate records.
Monitor and mitigate potential risks.
Foster communication among care providers and clients.
Act as a liaison, conveying feedback to improve services.
What You Need:
Tertiary qualification in Health or a related field.
Experience in customer service, care management, or a related healthcare setting.
Unrestricted right to work in Qatar.
Ability to work during Australian business hours.
Fluency in spoken English and Arabic.
Proficiency in written English and communication skills.
