As a Car Batteries and Spare Parts Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales by offering top-quality automotive batteries and spare parts to customers. Your responsibilities include:
• Product Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of car batteries and spare parts, including their specifications, features, compatibility, and usage.
• Customer Assistance: Assist customers in selecting the right products for their vehicles based on their needs, budget, and technical requirements.
• Sales and Upselling: Drive sales by presenting product benefits, promotions, and upselling additional accessories or warranties.
• Inventory Management: Keep track of stock levels, ensure product availability, and assist in ordering new inventory when needed.
• Technical Support: Provide basic technical guidance about installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of car batteries and spare parts.
