Car Batteries and Spare Parts Sales Representative


As a Car Batteries and Spare Parts Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales by offering top-quality automotive batteries and spare parts to customers. Your responsibilities include:

• Product Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of car batteries and spare parts, including their specifications, features, compatibility, and usage.

• Customer Assistance: Assist customers in selecting the right products for their vehicles based on their needs, budget, and technical requirements.

• Sales and Upselling: Drive sales by presenting product benefits, promotions, and upselling additional accessories or warranties.

• Inventory Management: Keep track of stock levels, ensure product availability, and assist in ordering new inventory when needed.

• Technical Support: Provide basic technical guidance about installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of car batteries and spare parts.

• Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.


A successful candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong interest in the automotive industry, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Technical knowledge and prior sales experience in automotive products are a plus.


Financial Management: Proficiency in managing accounts, tracking budgets, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. 2. Bookkeeping: Ability to maintain accurate financial records, including income, expenses, invoices, and receipts. 3. Software Proficiency: Experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, or ERP systems. 4. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze financial data, prepare reports, and make recommendations for cost optimization. 5. Tax Knowledge: Familiarity with tax regulations, GST, VAT, and filing processes. 6. Attention to Detail: Accuracy in calculations and identifying discrepancies in financial statements. 7. Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines for financial reporting, audits, and compliance tasks. Sales Skills: 1. Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of the products/services being sold to provide accurate information to customers. 2. Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships. 3. Negotiation: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals effectively. 4. Goal Orientation: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. 5. Problem-Solving: Ability to address customer concerns and provide suitable solutions. 6. Market Awareness: Understanding of market trends, competitors, and customer needs. 7. CRM Tools: Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) 8. Team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with marketing and other teams to align sales
