Operations/Procurement Specialist

A leading trading company specializing in corporate and promotional giveaways is actively seeking to expand its team with a talented Operations/Procurement Specialist. We are looking for individuals with the following qualifications and skills:

- Experience in Sourcing and Dealing with Local and Foreign Vendors: We value candidates who have a proven track record in successfully sourcing and managing relationships with both local and international suppliers.

- Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills: Effective negotiation and communication skills are vital in this role. The ability to build and maintain positive vendor relationships is key to our success.

- Financial Acumen for Accurate Computations: The role requires the ability to handle financial aspects of procurement, including accurate cost calculations and budget management.

- Logistics Experience: Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes will be an advantage as it plays a crucial role in our operations.

- Excellent Knowledge of English (Writing and Speaking): Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential as it will facilitate effective communication with vendors and colleagues.
