Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the epoxy and waterproofing markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and consultants.
Meet sales targets and objectives set by the company.
Technical Support:
Provide technical presentations and demonstrations to clients.
Conduct site visits to assess client needs and offer tailored product solutions.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain a deep understanding of the company's epoxy and waterproofing product lines.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' offerings, and new product developments.
Customer Service:
Address customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Provide post-sales support to clients, including troubleshooting, warranty claims, and follow-ups.
Desired Skills & Experience
Requirements:
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in epoxy, waterproofing, construction chemicals, or related industries.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of epoxy coatings, waterproofing systems, and their applications.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.
