Reliever Admin Support for Maintenance Department

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Reliever Admin Support to assist with the coordination and management of our coffee and ice cream machines. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to seamlessly manage client relations. This role is essential for ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service and support for their beverage and dessert needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding coffee and ice cream machine maintenance queries and maintenance.
Coordinate the delivery, installation, and servicing of coffee and ice cream machines at client locations.
Maintain clear and effective communication with clients to address questions, feedback, and requests promptly.
Monitor inventory levels of supplies for coffee equipment, ice cream machines and spare parts and assist clients with reordering as needed.
Schedule routine maintenance and repairs for machines, ensuring minimal disruption to clients.
Prepare and maintain documentation, including service reports and client interactions.
Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely resolutions of client issues.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or customer service training is a plus.
Previous experience in administrative support or customer service, preferably in a similar industry (food and beverage).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
