Answering phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
Managing and organizing schedules, meetings, and appointments.
Preparing and filing documents efficiently.
Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information.
Assisting with other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
