Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of food and beverage services.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Prepare reports on sales and operational performance.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates and expectations.
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure accurate billing and cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with management to achieve business goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in inventory management.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic financial and budgeting skills.
- Ability to train and mentor staff effectively.
- Previous experience in hotel industry.
- Arabic speaker is required.
