Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Fleet Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the fleet, ensuring efficient vehicle management, maintenance, and availability to meet the demands of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the fleet's day-to-day operations, ensuring vehicles are available, well-maintained, and properly documented.
Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely repairs, service, and preventive maintenance of vehicles.
Monitor vehicle performance and ensure adherence to company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
Handle fleet logistics, including vehicle allocation and rotation based on rental demand and availability.
Manage vehicle inspections, registrations, and documentation to ensure compliance with local regulations.
Track and report fleet performance metrics, including fleet utilization, downtime, and maintenance costs.
Ensure accurate and timely vehicle reporting, including damage, mileage, and service history.
Supervise a team of fleet coordinators and support staff, ensuring efficient task delegation and performance management.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to fleet operations.
Monitor fleet-related expenses and work to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in fleet management, preferably within the car rental industry in Qatar.
Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, fleet operations, and logistics.
Proven experience in managing a team and optimizing fleet efficiency.
Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to vehicle management and car rental operations in Qatar.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Strong communication skills in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and fleet management software.
Valid Qatari driver’s license.
Must be able to join immediately
