Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
A Master's degree (e.g., MBA) may be an advantage.
Certification in Operations Management or related areas can be a plus.

Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the entertainment, hospitality, or leisure industry.
Experience in team management, budgeting, and operational strategy.
Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, customer service, etc.).
Experience in managing customer experiences, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Background in inventory and supply chain management.
