We are hiring for Call Center Lead- Healthcare Industry
Duration:1 Year and Extendable
Salary: Based on merit
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 5-7 years of experience in a call center environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven experience managing teams and handling escalations
- Experience in healthcare industry call center operations related to insurance, claims and revenue cycle management.
- Knowledge of local regulations and customer service standards in Qatar
- Oversee the use of call center software, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with IT support when necessary.
- Monitor call recordings and systems for quality assurance purposes.
