Desired Skills & Experience
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
Proven experience in Marketing, Sales or Account Management in a Manpower Agency, Staffing Consultancy or Recruitment Industry (Mandatory).
Strong understanding of Qatar's labor market, business landscape and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
GCC experienced candidates with experience in the Middle Eastern markets are preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic preferred.
