We are Trading & Contracting Company actively seeking for Purchasing Officer with extensive working knowledge in MEP & related field.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers (Local & International) to secure the best value in terms of price, quality, and delivery timelines.

Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.

Monitor and track the delivery of orders, resolve discrepancies, and follow up on delays or issues.

Maintain accurate purchasing records and vendor databases.

Work closely with internal departments (operations, logistics, finance) to understand procurement needs.

Desired Skills & Experience

Qualifications & Skills:

Must have minimum 2–4 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role in Qatar.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple purchase requests simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Must have valid Qatar Driving License
