Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the General Manager.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the GM.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations as required.
  • Handle confidential documents and maintain proper filing systems.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Act as a liaison between the GM and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and business functions.
  • Take minutes of meetings and follow up on action points.
  • Perform general office duties such as answering calls, emails, and handling inquiries.

Job Requirements:

  • Only Arabic candidates may apply.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years experience as an Executive Secretary or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Professional demeanor with attention to detail.
  • Candidates with a valid QID and NOC will be preferred.
