Job Vacancy: GM Secretary

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the General Manager.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the GM.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations as required.
- Handle confidential documents and maintain proper filing systems.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Act as a liaison between the GM and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and business functions.
- Take minutes of meetings and follow up on action points.
- Perform general office duties such as answering calls, emails, and handling inquiries.
Job Requirements:
- Only Arabic candidates may apply.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years experience as an Executive Secretary or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Professional demeanor with attention to detail.
- Candidates with a valid QID and NOC will be preferred.
