Operations Manager – Commercial Kitchen Equipment Service
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our commercial kitchen equipment service division. You will lead a team of service engineers, ensure timely service delivery, manage client satisfaction, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate service operations including installations, preventive maintenance, and breakdown repairs.
Lead, manage, and schedule service engineers and technicians.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving client issues promptly.
Monitor job completion, response times, and quality of service.
Plan and execute AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) schedules.
Maintain communication with clients, understand their needs, and follow up on feedback.
Coordinate with spare parts and procurement team for timely availability of materials.
Track service revenue, prepare reports, and support business development.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards at all sites.
Train new team members and conduct performance reviews.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering/Operations/Management.
3–5 years of experience in service operations, preferably in kitchen equipment, HVAC, or facilities management.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Good knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and service workflows.
Experience with service tracking software or apps (e.g., IRIS, CRM, etc.).
Valid driving license (preferred).
