The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, customer service, staff performance, and operational efficiency, while ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock.
Implement operational policies and procedures to improve productivity and service quality.
Analyze financial reports, control costs, and drive revenue growth.
Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and sanitation standards.
