We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Female Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, creative, and strategic thinker with a flair for building relationships and driving sales. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of Tejwaans Corporate Group by developing and executing innovative marketing strategies and sales initiatives.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Create engaging marketing content for digital and traditional platforms (e.g., social media, email campaigns, brochures).

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.

Collaborate with the team to design promotional campaigns and events to boost brand visibility.

Track and report on sales performance, marketing campaigns, and ROI metrics.

Represent Tejwaans Corporate Group at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related role (fresh graduates with strong potential may also apply).

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals effectively.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, CRM software).

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing campaigns.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of market research and data analysis to drive informed decision-making.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software.
