Requirements:
7+ years GCC experience.
Proficient in 3ds Max, AutoCAD, Sketch Up and Photoshop
Strong in design documentation, specifications, technical capabilities, materials and site coordination
Must have experience in the Interior design & fit-Out sectors.
Should have proven experience handling commercial range projects, including Retail Outlets, F&B, Showrooms and Office Spaces
Good communication, Presentation skills; portfolio required
Responsibilities:
Create design concepts (3D Rendering), detailed drawings and material specs
Coordinate with project and estimation teams
Support site execution and cost control
