We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Tele sales Executive with a strong background in outdoor sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting telecom products and services, and achieving sales targets through both phone-based and in-person interactions when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to promote telecom products and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Record all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Deliver excellent customer service and after-sales support.
- Stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and competitors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in telesales, with outdoor sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office tools.
- Valid QID and legal eligibility to work in Qatar.
