Farm Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily farm activities including vegetable farming, date cultivation, and livestock management
• Lead, coordinate, and delegate tasks to a team of farm workers
• Monitor the health and well-being of crops and livestock
• Ensure timely execution of key tasks such as planting, irrigation, harvesting, feeding, and routine care
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper tool/equipment usage across the farm
• Keep accurate records of farm activities and report updates to management
• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene protocols

Requirements:

• Proven farm experience is essential, especially in livestock care
• Strong team management and leadership skills
• Good communication abilities; ability to coordinate effectively with workers.
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
• Basic knowledge of farm machinery and operational practices
• Culturally sensitive and capable of working in a multinational team environment
