We are hiring a Cleaning Supervisor with hospitality experience to lead our housekeeping team in delivering exceptional cleanliness and service. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about high standards, this role is for you.

You will oversee daily cleaning operations, manage staff, and ensure guest satisfaction through a spotless environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate cleaning teams
• Inspect guest rooms and common areas for quality assurance
• Schedule shifts and assign daily tasks
• Train, support, and motivate housekeeping staff
• Monitor use of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Report maintenance issues as needed
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor (hospitality preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• High attention to detail and quality
• Ability to manage a team and work under pressure
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Knowledge of cleaning products and safety practices
• Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
