Job Summary:
We’re hiring a detail-oriented Freight Operations Officer to manage logistics operations across air, sea, and land freight. The role involves shipment coordination, documentation, customs liaison, and ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end freight operations
• Prepare competitive quotations and negotiate rates
• Manage customs clearance and ensure compliance
• Communicate with clients, agents, and partners
• Handle documentation (AWB, B/L, invoices, etc.)
• Resolve shipment delays and operational issues
• Support business development and vendor sourcing

Requirements:

• 2–4 years in logistics/freight forwarding
• Experience with air, sea, and land freight
• Strong knowledge of Qatar customs procedures
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
• Proficiency in freight software and CRM tools
